首先我们来了解年份的读法，以2000年为界限：
2000年以前
1700年、1800年、1900年等
读成：seventeen hundred、eighteen hundred、nineteen hundred…
【不用thousand】
1901年、1902年、1903年等
读成：nineteen O[əʊ] one、nineteen O[əʊ] two、nineteen O[əʊ] three…
【0（数字）不读zero，读成字母O】
1769年、1911年等
就拆分成两部分 seventeen sixty-nine、nineteen eleven…
2000年之后
2000-2009年 读整个数字
2000年two thousand
2001年two thousand and one
2010年以后 读整个数字或者拆成两部分
比如：2010年 two thousand and ten或twenty-ten
三位数的年份
这个就是比较少用的
我们通常都是读整个数字，比如：
621年 six hundred and twenty-one

【美式的写法注意要有逗号隔开！】
日期的读法，有两种：
比如 5月23日 May 23rd
* May the twenty-third（the可以省略）
* The twenty-third of May
